This full time, Hamilton based position offers variety, challenge and an opportunity to influence across their business and dealer network. 

A full-time, Hamilton based vacancy exists for a Cluster Solution Specialist – Performance Plans.  The Performance Plan Customer Programme is a key element in the Global strategy of DeLaval. The primary function for this role is to work with Market Area Oceania & Southeast Asia in creating and executing a plan that brings together their service, consumables, advisory and digital offerings through their existing sales channels.

This position reports into the Asia Pacific Cluster Solution Manager and is one of three similar positions based across Asia Pacific.  Active participation and contribution to cluster initiatives, including other clusters and DeLaval internal meetings, is required therefore some travel and out of normal work hours meetings are required.

About you: 

• You'll ideally have a tertiary qualification in Dairy / Agricultural, or a science or business-related degree
• Strong presentation skills and commercial understanding
• The ability to influence across a wide audience
• High level of communication skills
• Understanding of the dairy industry and dairy farmers, seasonality etc.
• Training and facilitation expertise
• An understanding of the sales process
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for collaborative teamwork
