We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join their team. If you enjoy working with numbers, love keeping processes on track and take pride in producing accurate work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

About the role:

This is a busy and varied position that plays an important role in supporting the sales and finance processes. You'll work closely with salespeople, solicitors and the administration team to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Processing accepted sale and purchase agreements
  • Calculating sales commissions and preparing commission invoices
  • Reconciling accounts receivable and following up outstanding invoices
  • Preparing end-of-month reports
  • Providing accounts payable support and administration cover as required
  • Assisting with a range of general administration duties

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is happy juggling a variety of tasks.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence learning new systems (Property Suite experience would be an advantage but isn't essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and great communication skills
