What you’ll be doing

You'll be one of the friendly faces of the business, keeping things organised and helping the wider team stay on top of their day. Your role will include:

• Welcoming clients, answering calls and being a great first point of contact
• Keeping the office running smoothly and looking its best
• Helping with administration, emails, documents and data entry
• Supporting accounts administration, including following up outstanding payments
• Assisting the broking and claims teams as you learn the business
• Jumping in wherever needed and keeping everyone organised!

A little about you

We're not looking for someone who knows it all. We're looking for someone who's keen to learn, happy to get stuck in and brings a great attitude.

You'll ideally bring:

• A friendly, confident personality and great people skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence with technology and Microsoft Office
• Initiative, common sense and a willingness to give things a go
• Previous experience in reception or office administration
