We are seeking two reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a busy food manufacturing operation based in Te Awamutu.  Our client has two positions available - one day shift (8am - 4pm) and one night shift (midnight - 8am).  Both shifts are Monday to Friday.

These are hands-on roles where you will be responsible for operating production machinery, processing and packing products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Processing and packing products accurately and efficiently.
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring packaging standards are met.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic work environment.
• Completing production documentation and following established procedures.
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you will have previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

You will also bring:

• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Reliability, punctuality and a good work ethic.
• The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• High levels of motivation to learn, achieve and progress
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
• The physical capability to be on your feet for extended periods and undertake repetitive tasks.
