Our client is looking for an experienced EA to provide high-level, confidential executive support, ensuring the smooth operation of duties, engagements, and strategic communications. This role is based on the North side of Hamilton.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the calendar, appointment and travel arrangements
- Preparing agendas, minutes and briefing materials for meetings
- Drafting, formatting and proofing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Organise and support event, ceremonies and functions
- Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships is a must as you will act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring to the role:
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and deadlines
- The ability to maintain a high level of discretion, judgement and professionalism
- Exceptional computer skills; conversant with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Although initially a 3-month contract, there will be potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
