A Senior Project Coordinator for a 5 -month period is required to support delivery of initiatives not currently covered by existing coordination capacity. Support for reporting, financial management, governance, procurement, and planning is needed to enable Value Stream Leads (VSLs) to maintain delivery focus.

This engagement ensures delivery momentum is maintained and mitigates risk across initiatives critical to operational stability and modernisation objectives. Initiatives that are in progress or planned and require coordination support include:

• Enhancing FinOps Capability
• ~500 iPhone replacements that are being deprecated
• Secure File Transfer Uplift (CrushFTP) mitigating cyber risk
• Datacom Master Agreement Services Testing
• International sites Soft Cloud Printing and serverless sites with direct internet

Key skills and expertise for this role should include:

• 5+ years’ experience in project coordination roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Interpersonal and able to maintain functional relationships with people at all levels of an organisation.
• Proactive, with the ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Action oriented, act with a sense of urgency and operate at pace.
• Independent thinking, flexibility and able to respond positively to feedback.
• A ‘can do’ and caring attitude within a team environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Word and Excel.
