We're looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join a high-performing team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, analysing performance trends, and supporting strategic decision-making.
About the Role
In this position, you'll work with stakeholders to develop insightful reporting and dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and supports organisational performance. You'll identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis, helping inform decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.
You'll also contribute to fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture by providing guidance, sharing insights, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- A proven track record of bringing people together and leading, coaching, or mentoring others to achieve positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience using data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence organisational decision-making.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (or similar).
- Excellent technical skills in data analysis, modelling, reporting, and data management.
- A strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- The ability to interpret complex performance information and communicate it clearly to a range of audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- An understanding of public sector performance reporting (desirable).
